Founded in 2003, Perficae fills a niche in the hotel advisory market providing unique, in-depth analytical skills and tools to senior executives in the hotel and lodging industry.
Hector Fernandez is the Principal of Perficae. He has over 30 years of experience in the hotel and lodging industry. And after several years of working in hotel operations and fifteen years directing consulting teams in some of the largest international, multi-sector consulting firms in the USA and Europe he identified a need for a more personal level of client support. One where the most senior and knowledgeable individuals are those actually carrying out the work.
With this approach in mind, Perficae has successfully supported clients with their projects in dozens of countries and across all segments of the lodging industry; including:
