Banimmo Real Estate is a property repositioning company focused on transforming undervalued assets into alternative uses. One of these uses is hotels.
Banimmo’s activities are principally focused in the Benelux and France. It currently owns two Dolce Hotels and Resorts operated conference hotels and is actively developing additional properties, as well as identifying further opportunities for growth. We have been performing asset management duties for Banimmo for nearly a decade, including:
